We are so excited to announce that we are now able to offer Telemedicine visits for our patients.
All that is required, is access to the patient portal and a computer. You will be able to schedule an appointment and be seen at the comfort of your own home. In the meantime you are still able to take part of telemedicine simply by calling the office, your call will be triaged by our helpful staff who then will forward the information to your PCP. This will help facilitate care, and decrease the barriors for treatment.
If you do not have access to the patient portal please call the office and we will be able to help facilitate access. All that is required for access is an email address. You do need to have an account for each child.

OAK Pediatrics want you to know that our patients’ health and safety as well as their families is of utmost importance to us. We are keeping a very close eye on the every day recommendations and changes that are evolving amidst the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic. We want you to know that we are following recommendations from the CDC, WHO, and NIH as well as working closely with Lowell General Hospital to make sure we are following current recommendations and guidelines in order to keep our patients, patients’ families as well as our staff and their families safe and healthy.
We are keeping the office clean and sanitized and doing so multiple times during the day. We are appropriately asking questions that allow us to assess risk and exposure in order to prevent exposure and sick contact to everyone. We also ask that patients with a fever of 100.4 or higher please call the office so that we could do the appropriate screening. We are offering face masks to all who come in with cough, fever, or sneezing.
We update our website with changing and up to date recommendations in order to assist in eliminating misinformation. We advise you to call or reach out by email with any concerns or questions. We are happy to alleviate any undue stress or concerns and will help reduce anxiety and concerns whenever possible. We are also doing our best in placing patients in rooms as soon as they arrive so as to eliminate crowding in the waiting room or exposure to our patients as well.
In order to be considerate of everyones time we will be implementing a new policy of lateness. If you are more than 10 minutes late for an appointment we will have to reschedule.
